Automated control systems of electric supply (ACSES)

«SPE «GKS» realizes design, producing, chief-mounting, commissioning and start-up, and following technical support of automated control systems of electric supply (ACSES) of any complexity of any complexity using program and technical devices of various producers which corresponds the Contractor’s demands.
 

Worked out automated control systems of power supply (ASPS)may include following subsystems:
 

  • ACS of electric supply objects (ACSES) includes automated system of control and metering of electrical energy (ASCMEE);
  • ACS of objects heat, water supply and sewage disposal plants (ACS HWS).

 

Control system of ACSES has open architecture, providing ability for systems development and expansion of their functions, hook up to systems of various kind controllers, microprocessing devices of relay protection, energy meters, adapter units with higher level control systems.

 
Basic functions of ACSES:
 

  • Provision of non-stop power supply of UKPG objects;
  • In-line dispatching control and on-line management of technological processes of electric and heat energy break-down, as well as water supply and water removal;
  • Automated metering of energy resources;
  • Warning and efficient delivery of information about abnormal and emergency modes, about blockings and protections;
  • Maintenance of retrospective information archive about equipment work, and mode parameters of technological processes of power supply.

Except working out of power supply control systems for building objects «SPE «GKS» is ready to offer service of modernization and reconstruction of old control systems, as well as integration of various objects of power supply into single control system.
 

For commercial metering of power in ACSES it is worked out the methods of metering procedure (MMP). ACSES might be included into Uniform State Register of measurement instruments.
