Software analysis controller «BARS-2-01» and «BARS-2-02» is designed to meet the challenges of Flow stable liquid hydrocarbons, volatile liquid hydrocarbons and a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons.
Calculation and adjustment of density is carried out in accordance with the STO Gazprom 5.9-2007 «Consumption and the number of hydrocarbon media. The method of measurement». The input data can be used:
- density obtained from densitometer;
- component structure obtained with the chromatographic system;
- density at standard conditions, specified manually.
In the presence of an additional component defines the following physico-chemical properties of hydrocarbon fluids:
- saturated vapor pressure;
- density at standard conditions;
- dynamic viscosity
- kinematic viscosity
- total value of fractions C1 + C2;
- compressibility factor REAG
- coefficient of thermal expansion REAG.
Calculation of CNV MPS carried out in accordance with the STO Gazprom 5.1-2005 «Method of determining the physical and chemical characteristics of volatile liquid hydrocarbons. Calculation of density and bulk properties».
Software controllers calculate physicochemical properties of «BARS» can be realized on the basis of controllers SCADAPack, GE Fanuc RX7i and Siemens S7.
